Abstrakt:

The Creative Destruction Idea and its Influence on Corporate Development The subject of the analysis is the functioning of companies in the contemporary economy, with the idea of "creative destruction" in the background. The evolution of the approach towards the term of economic failure of the company was presented. It led to the conclusion that failure is no longer perceived as something only negative. "Creative destruction" perceived as a factor of stimulating innovation, reducing enterprise development barriers and not blocking the changes through protection of ineffective entities, allows companies function on behalf of their owners' interests and country's economic development.
