Abstrakt:

The requirements of competitiveness and development of business orientation in management based on the process approach are extorting the constant development of instruments and improving the management functions. In the scope of this stream, a number of concepts and methods came into existence to increase the economic effectiveness of business processes. Among them, methods of modeling and simulation take the special place. In the article, selected aspects of simulation of logistic processes in logistic centers were presented. (original abstract)
