Owners of online stores, wanting to focus their activities on customer service aspects, are increasingly deciding to use logistics outsourcing to entrust many processes to specialists. This premise has become the reason for undertaking research in the area of analysis of one of the logistic models used in online stores – dropshipping. The article presents the results of the SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas for the dropshipping logistics model. The publication also contains the results of surveys conducted among respondents running an online store using pure and partial dropshipping. The test results were processed using cardinality analyses.
