It is claimed that the innovation policies in those countries should increasingly contribute to the so-called inclusive growth, which may be achieved by supporting the innovativeness of enterprises, SMEs in particular, as well as through the greater mobilisation of these entities to become actively involved in the promotion of innovation.Its promotion is considered to be the key course of action to boost the economic growth in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico.
