 abstract={The typical feature of the contemporary monetary systems is dominant role of the state in creation and regulation of money. However, instability is inherent in such systems. The main cause of this instability appears to be activity of the state. Thus, as the alternative for existing frameworks introducing the private money is often discussed. The private money has many advantages, both economic and social. Nevertheless, due to many obstacles (technical, conceptual, and psychological), popularization of this kind of money seems to be questionable. (original abstract)},
