The impact of multinationals on the development of most countries all over the world is hard to deny. It involves Poland too. However, the increasingly growing economic power of multinational enterprises is the source of many doubts about the role of FDI in Polish economy. The government and society are concerned - among other things - about transfer pricing and a possibility of liquidation of Polish companies. It is important to enact rules and norms to create a favourable climate for foreign investors. This role seems to be played by the OECD Guidelines for multinational enterprises, which are recommendations addressed by governments to multinationals. They provide voluntary principles and standards for responsible business conduct consistent with applicable laws. Implementation of the Guidelines is an element of the Polish policy for attracting and supporting foreign investors.}, type={artykuł}, title={Implementacja wytycznych OECD jako środek zwiększenia wkładu przedsiębiorstw wielonarodowych w rozwój gospodarczy Polski}, }
