 abstract={The formation of an organization as an orderly institution and the continuous keeping of this state under conditions of discontinuity of events make a process and a system action. The more an organization is diversified, the more it takes to integrate all elements of the system, and changing even one of them always has as impact on the whole. Organizational structures which are encountered in practice, despite many common features, are so different from one another that one can consider that they are as numerous as organizations themselves. In the paper the opinion is presented that actions aimed at the implementation of controlling in every organizational structure cause the inevitability of changes, although their scale, range and difficulty are various and depend on many objective and individual factors.},
