The article is an attempt to answer the question: How can we put theory into practice in controlling implementing in enterprises of medium size? The presented enterprise uses controlling instruments in limited range and we can observe positive effects of it. With the current size and structure it is high time to more carefully activate planning and the effects of controlling.
